Aura 22 Liquid Gold
Simply
apply Aura 22 with a paint brush, creating designs and
accents on jewelry as freely and easily as brushing
paint onto a canvas.
On sterling silver, depletion-gild the metal first to
provide a fine-silver layer that the Aura 22 can
bond to, then apply Aura 22. For fine silver, just
apply Aura 22 to the metal surface.
Once it's applied, fire the Aura 22-accented piece
either in a kiln or with a torch at a relatively low
temperature (1560°F/850°C) to fuse the metals.
The result is a permanent layer of gold appliqué,
considerably thicker than electroplating, that delivers
more natural, fluid-looking effects.
